This is for a full set of 3D printed replica pieces of Rey's QuarterStaff by Daniel Ortega so you can build your own prop replica staff to faithfully match the one seen on screen used by Daisy Ridley as Rey on Star Wars VII : The Force Awakens.

This staff has been broken down into 16 pieces all designed to slide onto a 1" x 71" wooden dowel (like from Home Depot/Lowes etc). The inner diameter is about 2.54cm.

The parts can be painted directly and mounted to a dowel or cleaned up, sanded and post processed for a cleaner more professional look. Color on the parts you get may vary depending on filament color availability at a given time but we typically print these in black. Other diameter requirements: please enquiry (In the last picture above you can see a custom finished "junior" version of Ian Henry's files scaled down to a child dowel made for a customer but the one you're getting, unless noticed, is for the adult, screen accurate sized version as you can see finished by VGL74 in the main picture of this product).

Delivery time may depend on a handful of factors as:

1) our own current printers' queue
2) buyer's location
3) customs/air transit delays

The parts themselves looked really good an...

The parts themselves looked really good and were accurate to the pieces shown in the picture and accurate to Rey's staff! My one complaint is that the hole through the middle on most of the pieces was MUCH smaller than the 1 inch advertised and I had to sand both the pieces and the wood pole I was using A LOT before I could get them all to fit. Otherwise, good product.

The pieces look amazing! They're sturdy & well made. However, I had a difficult time finding a dowel to fit. 2 pieces needed to be shaved down on the inside, no big deal. I measured the inside to be about 7/8” which I went to multiple hardware & arts & crafts stores, and I only found them at 1 Hobby Lobby but they were too small. Ultimately I had to buy a 1” dowel, & when sanding it by hand became too tedious I bought a drill bit to help. The price was the lowest I had seen, but I didn't notice how much or far shipping was; which was about $75. With that and all of the time & additional money put into it I would probably buy from a shop where shipping to me is less than the cost of the product next time. I like the look and the quality of the product a lot, but it turned out to be more trouble than it's worth.
