3DReplicas.net Returns / Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at 3DReplicas.net. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Defective and non-defective items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Returns will not be accepted after this 30 day term.

Note: only 3DReplicas.net can determine if a 3D printed part is defective.

Items returned to us must be: new or like new condition and packaged in the original carton / original packing foam. Any damage incurred due to negligent packaging will reflect on the refund amount issued. Contact us for packing instructions or additional assistance in this case.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to facilitate an exchange, 3DReplicas.net may need to receive the original items before sending out replacement items.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from 3DReplicas.net.

We do not issue refunds for software once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. Gift Card purchases are non-refundable. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was received in the last 30 days
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from 3DReplicas.net


To start the process for obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us.
