This is a set of TWO M40 Prop Replica Grenades as seen used by the USCM Colonial Marines in the James Cameron film 'Aliens' starring Sigourney Weaver and Michael Biehn.
The M40 High Explosive Dual Purpose (HEDP) Grenade is a type of high explosive fragmentation grenade manufactured by Armat Battlefield Systems. It was predominantly employed by the United States Colonial Marine Corps.
This is beautifully recreated to be as accurate as possible based on the available reference pics, it is screen accurate to the measures of the one used in the show and a fully CNC machined aluminium piece.
Caps are NOT removable and just have been painted RED. Primer Pin is "golden" color.
THIS IS THE ONLY SET I HAVE. NOT REAL GRENADES! JUST A STATIC PIECE OF METAL! YOU CAN'T BLOW UP ANY ALIENS NEST WITH THESE!
Each grenade measures ~65mm.
